I am not getting mail / queries / responses from Lawyer's Club of India for more than a fortnight.

What is happening with the administration of LCI, queries in my mail has not been started for the last 68 days ?

LCI has changed a lot. Except for a few of us everyone has interest in this platform, it appears. Virtually, there is a stalemate at present.
