Hello,
Seeking advise on particular situation relating to someone in our near family.
How a name of a woman can be removed when her name was added into Ancestral property's succession list upon death of that woman's husband (as a widow of died family member). But later she re-married to someone else legally and not willing to sign the relinquish deed with her previous died husband's family and not ready to release her right on ancestral property?
what are the options to have her name removed from ancestral agricultural land if we have a marriage certificate of woman's new marriage and death certificate of her previous husband.

out of the three brothers, two executed a mortgage deed jointly in favor of a third party. They mentioned the extent of 3.24 acres and mentioned the boundary which showed the third brother to the east and southern sides.
However, within the boundary, they have shown in the mortgage deed the extent of the property is only 2.24 acres instead of 3.24 acres. Will the Boundary prevail over the extent even if the discrepancy is around 1acre? will it be considered only 2.24 acres is mortgaged?
or the concept is applicable only to minor discrepancies? Since the discrepancy is more than 1 acre the extent of what is mentioned is going to be considered.

I live in an apartment with six flats only. The apartment was built in 1989. The builder had some areas under his possession till now, but sold it to a resident of the same apartment. Yet one common parking area is not been allotted to any one. Can the builder sell that any residents of the apartment. FYI it is currently used as common parking space.

In case A loan taken under the purpose of working capital was classified as NPA because the amount was utilised for other purpose unrelated to the business and the bank has issued a recall notice stating that the borrower has to repay the total outstanding amount within 4 days. What are the options of the borrower, since the borrower needs at least 1 year to repay the total amount.

My Father bought the house in Faridabad city in 1995 on Power of Attorney. Now he is no more ane we want to get the house registered.
Can you please let us know the steps to get the house registered. We have all the relevant documents apart from Registration paper.

Dear Seniors
My father is strugling to get 7/12 corrected since last 3 months. He has filed apeal unders section 155 Maharasthra Land Revenue act at District collector 20 days before. My father has given a letter to Village officer for correction 2 months back. But since there is no progress.
Kindly suggest if he can file a writ of Mandamus against distric collector and village officer for not performing his duty ? How much cost it takes to do so.
Kindly guide.
