one of my client want to purchase agricultural property, she does not own agricultural property on her name but her mother's grandfather
(father's father) owns agricultural property , he was an agriculturist . But after his death his legal heirs name did not recorded on 7/12. Till the date his name ( grand father and his brothers legal heirs ) only showing on the 7/12 .
my query is that base on the above facts whether the daughter can purchase the agricultural property in her name. does she need to show any proof to sub-registrar for document registration and if yes what those evidence would be.
I had purchased an ownership flat in 2010 in North kolkata. Now the owner of the building of which my flat is a part & parcel, has deliberately stopped the water supply demanding exorbitant service charge. I have been regularly paying him a monthly service charge without any receipt. Does he have the legal right to stop the water supply arbitrarily?

Hello Lawyers,
I am from Ghaziabad, i need to buy a land in Darahatta Almora. This land belongs to SC and i am from General Category. I am ready to pay lawyer charge for professional support.
Total Land is about 12 Nali, which is farming land.
I need below advice : Can I buy this land? If yes, do I need collector approval and if so, can any lawyer on this forum help arrange for it.
Other option offered is to sell this land to some SC who has huge land and buy from them as Suppression act would not apply then, is it true.
I will buy this land in my name 1.25 Nali as residential plot and remaining as farm land approximately 10.75 Nali for farming
Can SC farming land be purchased in Utrakhand.
What all papers are required?
Also what is Form 91-C and who need to arrange this, buyer or seller?
Would request lawyer from Utrakhand to Reply with clear guidance or leave message, i would call you and speak
Regards

Hi All,
There is a family of 5 siblings ( 3 sons and 2 daughters), The land of 15 acres divided in 1997 among the sons (excluding daughter in the partition deed and father was no longer alive at that time). One of the son sold some property on Dec 17 2004. Now the daughters put a case on court for the share and been running for 13 years in district court. The another son want to sell some of the property and shall I buy it even it is in litigation.
I read about this sections
"“Provided that nothing contained in this sub-section shall affect or invalidate any disposition or alienation including any partition or testamentary disposition of property which had taken place before the 20th day of December, 2004." - Can you please let me know this applies to the above case?.
Thanks

So does the society can demand and collect the transfer fee of a shop from the owner's nephew upon transfering share certificate on nephew's name?

we are 3 sons to my father and my father gave the settlement deed to my elder brother in 2014 without our knowledge, in this, my father gave absolute rights to him. But the other brother, my mother, and me not signed on this deed even as a witness. In 2015 my father died and my elder brother continued in the house until May 2022. but in 2018 without any information, my brother sold the house to others and continues to reside in the same house up to May 2022. later in May 2022, the present owner sold the house to others.
All the above things were done without our mother and other brothers' knowledge. So shall we (Either my mother or brother) file a case against challenge on my elder brother and other registered owners cause of mislead and misrepresentation?
I have given my Flot GPA which was taken by loan to my father in law. Is he is having right to sell the plot or to take loan on that again. If I want cancel the GPA what is the processor. Plot registration is next year 2023.

10 years ago a piece of land was transferred to me as a form of loan repayment. But I could not register it due to some reasons. Now the previous owner has filed a case against me claiming that land
Probate filed in delhi high court
Dear sirs
In one order of court states that R-3, 4 & 5 have given no objection in his (Petitioner) favour in support of Will in question.
There are respondents no. 2,3,4 & 5
Now I want to know if registered Will/ probate fails then will the estate of testatrix be divided half to petioner and half to respondent no. 2 since R-3. 4.& 5 had given no objections to the Will
or it will be divided â…• each.
or petioner will get respondent 2,3 & 4 share since they have given no objection to the will in his favour
& respondent 2 will get â…• of the estate. Request you to inform
