I have a copy of an agreement that states as follows in one of the para's
"The borrower confirms that the authority and powers hereby given to the bank is for a consideration and is irrevocable under section 202 of the Contract Act, 1882 and such ............"
Generally we refer to Contract Act 1872 similarly Negotiable Act 1881, in view of the discrepancy as mentioned above (Contract Act 1882) does it have any implication on the performance of over all agreement. Does this discrepany has any legal advantage.

hello,i am neha,26 yrs old and i got married with a guy in aug 2009 through arya samjh mandir marriage,we having issued certificate by them.but now we want to proceed further and want to get a valid certifiacte from delhi court by registering there,but we dont know the steps to be followed.
Is this is done with the help of some lawyer or direclty we can go to court and register there and can have certificate so that we can show it to our parents,how much long time it wil take?please tell us the steps how to do in delhi only.thanks

For Domicile certificate i was told by an advocate that, i would be needing 10 yrs bills any electricity, maintaineance etc from 1999 to 2010 as stay proof (which i dont have), my papa's birth proof, mine birth proof, ration card.
So what to do for the documents i don't have? Is there any substitute for it?
What are the documents require for making new passport? n plz let me know a) the procedure , b) fees c) n renewal period for the same .

To open a bank account / other can a father nominate his children under 18yrs has nominee??
or
to Open a bank account in name of the children below 18yr and being a nominee??
Which of the above would be correct or safer??
