i executed and got registered a deed of settlement transferring my self-earned flat in favour of my 3 children. there is a statement in the deed that myself and wife - both above 82 wiil be staying in the flat during life time.The document is in my possession and and its existence not disclosed to ayone except my ife. Now it's my desire to exclude one of the 3 beneficiaries, due to his worst behaviour with us and family membes.Can i cancel the deed and keep back the flat for disosal according to my own wish. kindly enlighten me. veeyes

What are the formalities to be completed to form an association of members of a housing society where the construction is yet to come up and the members are yet to pay the full amount and take possession. The members has paid initial booking advances and some instalments and stopped paying further as there is an unprecented delay in starting the construction. Now the members wants to get some relief th legal route and wants to form an association which can legally deals with the company.

SIR,
MY CLIENT HAVE AGRICULTURE LAND IN VILLAGE, MY CLIENT MEASURE THE LAND WITH SURVEY OF GOVERNMENT THE SURVER SAYS THAT THERE ARE MISSING THE AREA OF 2 BHIGAS AND TELL THAT IN OLD SURVEY NUMBER THE LAND WAS GOING TO ANOTHER SUREVY NUMBER FOR GHETHERING THE LAND SO MISS 2 BHIGAS AND GOING TO SOME ANOTHER SURVEY NUMBER
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IN OUR 7/12 RECORDS THE MESUREMENT IS SHOWN BUT THE MEMUREMENT ON LAND NOT FOUND OUR TOTAL RECORDED LAND.

hello Experts,
I need to prepare an Agreement for appointment of managing director.
as it is required to execute on Indian non judicial stamp paper, what is the rate of stam duty?
i mean how much amount of stamp paper is needed?
And where in the Indian Stamp Act, mentioned it?

withdrawal of affidavit
We have submitted an affidavit with CLB stating that the notice(for change of registered office) has been sent to creditors under certificate of posting.
But due to oversight the notice could not be despatched.Now the CLB has asked us to show the proof of the same.
Now can we withdraw the said affidavit. If yes what is the procedure for withdrawing the same.
