Formation of Association of housing society

What are the formalities to be completed to form an association of members of a housing society where the construction is yet to come up and the members are yet to pay the full amount and take possession. The members has paid initial booking advances and some instalments and stopped paying further as there is an unprecented delay in starting the construction. Now the members wants to get some relief th legal route and wants to form an association which can legally deals with the company.

It is very easy to form the association. Take the services of some lawyer, finalize the clauses of the association and then get it registered with the registrar.

form a group housing society and get it registered with the nearest registrar of societies.
