What are documents required for rebate of kmc tax for mutation..???

In case of mutation and apportionment of tax, please submit a site-plan duly signed by an LBS and the applicant(s) showing the entire area of the premises as well the area(s) under the occupation of the individual applicant(s) along with the prescribed form of mutation (A-42).
To change a property, you must submit the appropriate paperwork to the village office.
Application for Mutation Registration Deeds with a Stamp (Both current & previous)
Affidavit on stamp paper with the necessary value for sale deeds.
You need a receipt of the most immediate payment of your property taxes.
Aadhaar Card and more documents which will be informed by the authorities concerned to you.
