Hi due to complicated nature I am putting my points in timeline manner with evidence present or not,the main reason for putting thread is put in last line 1983 born I was always topper in school in rural area,my mother was teacher in same school my father was removed from job and due to that home environment was dull still I studied my school teacher even tried to harass me ,slapped me just for small reasons but my father and mother never asked them when I was in 12th 2000 parents forcefully attended me 2 classes ( almost same subjects) plus college, I was waking morning 5 am come home at 9 pm night almost without break ,father was coming 3 am night drinking daily and waking me up I had fever ,said I could not go to college father come and leg beat me ,my mom just shouted that she paid for class and I need to attend, I was soul broken had even nose bleed due to tension but they not even noticed even though I came first in BCS entrance test and gone to other big city,but there I know doing bcs no use,syllabus is 20 yr old that also computer ,nobody gives job,and we were not having money for future education still my mother forced for study at new yr even I was father come drunked mother cursed him to die
he had sold house in 1999 without out knowldge and whole city nobody had given us house,except relatives
all these I failed 1st time in exam ,then father come to his senses,I was needing computer ,he asked money to relative aunt husband,he had own farm, bunglow but said not ,point to noted that his girl teased me once in childhood,I reverted and for those people my father beat me for 3 hours
my father cried
in 2002 my father had accident
in icu also while helping money my maternal uncle did fraud,when father expired he and some other relative come drunk,even danced,being small I could not say anything to him
I was again sent to big city to study but things chnaged,my mother was never giving me money on time,I even stayed in place in 2005 without water supply and electricity
but she bought own small house
my other relatives child who of my same age done MCS after BCS ,other one done msw ,but I got job first
now problem statements
1) last week I called my mother still she is telling my father was theif,taking money from hr purse and she knows I dont like it
2) I have medical problems as leg injury and dvt ( deep venus thrambiosis) still her lawyer calling m to go 600 km and sign some documents
3) she shown me girls who were no much IQ not manners many were having affairs which were discoverd,still she saying nobody is sita and u shld accpt her as it is
4) my mothr had accident once and appendix operation,every time my father cared for her but she dont have anything for my father,my fathers maternal uncle wrote my auto biography and cursed him,she havent felt anything and still going to thier home
5) my grandpa was ill,I came home ,due to travel fatigue I slept ,my matrnal aunt had some quarel,2nd day my grandpa was dead ,my mothers in recorded statement was " she put his head on pillow and neck got broken"I had gone to my job so I could not say postmartem and grandpa was old anyways
6) our householding she is claiming as own but my father did earned money by selling automobiles and now she orally telling me she has disowned me
which can be possible legal action againt her?

Dear Sir, My wife has updated her name on aadhaar back to her name before marriage.This was on account of our differences wherein she left matrimonial home went to her parents,lodger FIR u/s 498A/406. Few months later she withdrew her FIR before filing of chargesheet and since then has been living with me harmoniously. now she wants to continue with her aadhaar after marriage as she has both aadhaar with same number and biometrics but with different surnames. she cannot further update it as name change lomit of 2 times is exhausted. Can she use her old aadhaar with after marriage surname ? Is it legally valid?

Sir/ Madam I purchased a flat in 24 Pargana District & a land in Birbhum district from the same seller and the registration was done in DSR Birbhum on 2013. Now the lawyear of a private bank is denying to mortgage the said flat because as per his view the DSR( District Sub Registrar) has no right to register a land/building at Kolkata. As per consultation with the DSR it reveals that DSR can reister the land outside his area if another land is registered in his area/jurisdiction. But the legal team of the bank is demanding section of rules or act. Pl help me regarding this matter.

I have given Rs 15 lach through account transfer & Rs 5 lack to XXX in good faith for his business upon verbal promise that he will refund the amount within six month with interest.
Now l am urgently need the money. XXX refused to refund any amount to me.
Can I complain U/S 406 &420 IPC to recover the amount with interest ?

Respected Sir/ Ma'am, Senior is asking me to resign for the breach of code of conduct because as per him i have manipulated the data and mispresented ...Actualy all these are false allegations. He is asking me to resign ..I asked for the termination but he is not doing it.
While reporting to office ,office security and other staff is not allowing me to work..
Please suggest , what can be done ?

Dear experts,
I need your advise on following case.
1) I presented a sale deed for registration at Sub-registrar office in December, 2021. However, sub-registrar issued a notice of deficit of stamp duty to me and sent the sale deed to deputy collector of stamp duty valuation of the district to detect the market value of property and sub-registrar has not registered the sale deed yet.
2) After, we came to know about inadvertent mistakes in sale deed presented for registration in December 2021. Sale Deed presented for registration has not been registered yet and with deputy collector. May we present a Deed of Rectification to rectify the inadvertent mistake in sale deed presented for registration?

My uncle file complaint before police for theft. Since police didn't take any action, he went to court u/s 156 cpc to consider the complaint as FIR.
The complaint is now become FIR.
Due to personal ground my uncle want to withdraw the complaint. How he could do it ?

A loan is granted to be repaid in 12 equal installments by taking 12 post dated cheques.
Post dated Cheques for 5th to 8th installments were dishonoured ,so Ist case u/s 138 was lodged for these four cheques.
Post dated Cheques for 9th to 12th installments were dishonoured ,so IInd case u/s 138 was lodged for these four cheques.
In Ist case affidavit of Complainant was duly filed and now case is for examination of accused u/s 313 crpc.
In IInd case “affidavit of Complainant was duly filed or not” is not confirmed, but affidavit is not available in the Court record file, and now case is for examination of accused u/s 313 crpc.
In both the cases, Cross examination of Complainant was already held.
Now at this stage, attention of the court automatically has gone that there is no Affidavit of Complainant in IInd Case.
Now Hon’ble Court is asking to complainant what to do in this position. So please guide, if possible with citation.

CC has been obtained by the developer and they have not provided the OC and people have start staying at the apartments. Around 50 flats have been occupied from some 350 odd flats. Builder has around 20% of work left by way of repairing or reworking. Developer have offered us to create the association and we think that if we make the association then the builder will run away without completing any work. is this true or what rights do we have in such scenario ?

I am mentally not well and out of job from last 3 year
We are three brothers and both our parents are dead
I am mentally not well and out of job from last 3 year and I have no source of money.
My parents just left behind house which will be divided among us three brothers.
I am the only one who is living in the house and they live at different place.
They are not ready to sell the house and give my share,
Since I have no income source and not mentally well and my brothers are not giving me the share.
Can I get monthly expense from them regular bases?
With out going into court or long process.
My financial condition is not well.
