Clarity on gratuity payment

Dear Experts, I worked in a BPO industry for exact six years and six months. My date of joining was 7 Jun 2011 and left the company last month on dated 6 Dec 2017. Company has paid gratuity for six years but it should be for 7 years as completed six months will counted one year for gratuity payment and gratuity is also part of my CTC. Please advise me ,I am eligible for seven years gratuity payment or not.

Tax rate on railway transportation

Respected Sir/Mam,

My client is registered under GST at Rajasthan.
He is engaged in Rail Transport Service.
He got Contract from Bikaner Zone (Rajasthan) to load 4 Tonn Goods in a specific Train.
Now the origin Station of the train is Bhiwani (Haryana) and as per Railway rules He have to made all payments at Bhiwani station and accordingly he made payment at Bhiwani.

Now Tarin's Final Destination Station is Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and my client have full rights to load goods in the train at any station between Bhiwani (Haryana) to Kanpur (UP) and he loaded goods at Delhi and unload the same at Kanpur.

Now I want to ask about the required registration for Different state for my client as The Contract made at Rajasthan, Payment made at Haryana, Goods loaded at Delhi and unloaded at Uttar Pradesh.

Kindly guide for the same.
my Client has paid Rs 70,000 +5% GST per day to Railway at Bhiwani Station and He charge Rs 75,000/- (without GST) per day from a unregistered agent for transportation of good by rail from Delhi to Kanpur.

The Goods which he has transported belongs to different buyer but booking at Delhi and payment at Kanpur is done by a single unregistered Agent.

Further GST applicability on the goods which was transported is uncertain i.e. it is not know by client that whether goods was taxable or exempted.

Now you are requested for your views/observation on this case.
Thanks in advance

Neee releif

Hello experts

I was dating a girl from last 1 year. We wanted to get married too but our respective parents declined due to caste difference. We both were in different cities. My Gf emotionally blackmailed me and i got married to her in Arya samaj mandir and she shifted to my city but we were not living Together. I clearly mentioned her that i want to convince my parents and it will take time so before that we will not start our marital life. She too agreed. However we both consumated our said marriage. But after few days my gf turned wife started troubling me for start marital life as she was getting insecure and not able to live alone. But i needed time. This caused lot of incompatibility between both of us. We started fighting everyday. I lost my all interest in her. After few days i went on leave to another city where my parents lives, there also she starts irritating me on phone and msgs. I got too irritated and out of heat i told her that my parents fixed my marriage to some other girl and m getting married to her. Hearing that she went mad and went to my organisation and met my superiors and told them about everything. They called me back and scolded me alot. As she was my now in official records they got us a family quarter and made us live in the same. But i never applied for that family quarter. I never maintained any contact with that girl infact never shared that house with her and i used to sleep, eat at my friends house. I asked her to leave me and move on but she denied. I offered her some amount also as per my capability but she is demanding lot. Now she is planning to put a case of dv and etc on me and my family members. What to do

A Suit for fixation of boundary of pocket road was decreed.on the basis of a Commission report
and Skech agreed to by both the parties to the suit without trial. After one and half years,
the daughter of the plaintiff ( father and mother ) filed a suit claiming that she had been enjoying
the road as a public way for the last 17 years . She is trying to prevent the execution of the decree by

1.Can she take a position as " Not a Party to the decreed suit" ?
2.Whether her claim that she was not aware of the decreed suit will sustain in Law/
