is there any judgement by H. C regarding collaboration agreement.I mean that is unregistered document is deemed to be valid contract or not. is there any judgement supporing this fact that unregistered document is deemed to be valid contract.

Is the H S Act1956 applicable with retrospect effect ?I became karta of HUF property in 1980 with my brother.On request for mutation of the said property in 2008, the revenue dept. insisted and e mutated the said property in the names of both the sons and daughters of my father as per H.S.Act 1956. Consequently, the dauthers have refused to give NOC/POA in my favour.What course of action is required to get legal relief? Any case law/jedgements in this case?

Dear Sir,
There is vacant land in front of my home at my native place, district - Basti(UP). The land is just infront of my house of which 1/3 we are using another 1/3 my father has taken as patta by paying Rs.10,000 to Lekhpal. But the remaining 1/3 is in name of other as patta. The remaining 1/3 land in name of other was BANZAR for 10 year back and at that time the same was written by the Pradhan on the name of his brother as Patta. But as per Rule of Land No any Pradhan can write any land on his brother's name as patta being a pradhan. But today they are not allowing us to use that land and they are planning for take it over.
So, Please suggest me what i do to take tha land. As it is in front of my house it is very relevant for us.

1) Is VAT audit mandatory in Karnataka for private companies who get their books audited under Companies Act as well as income Tax Act?
2)When is the last date for filing of Form 240 under Karnataka VAT?
3)Once an establishment is registered under Karnataka VAT should it be renewal every year like it was being done earlier under the Karnataka sales Tax Act? If yes, please let me know the Form to be used, the last date for filing such form as well as the fees to be paid for renewal and the cheque in whoes favour renewal fees is to be paid
4) Can one submit monthly KARNATAKA VAT form 100 online?
Kindly answer the questions pointwise in the order they are asked

Wether advocates have right to attest the documents like marksheets and xerox copies of other documents?
Wether advocates green ink to put his/her signature?
I am asking clarification for attestation just like that og gazatted officers attesting the documents not authentication done by the notory.

My sister in law filed a case u/s 125 on my brother and get a allowance of Rs. 1500 pm. At the time of final verdict in that case hon able judge pointed out in various places that there is no cruelty on her by my brother & the grounds on which she filed dowary case on us is suspected. My question is that when he find that it is a false case and we are innocence why he fixed monthly allowance ? what are the options opens to us ?
