Near about 150 years ago a deed of settlement took place, about relinquishment of some land from every side for common passage, in front of panchayat. The deed was not stamped and registered. Does this deed can be produced before court and has any legal value?the land situated in west bengal.

Respected sir,
As i have lodged grievance against local body and police in lokayukta and upalokayukta of Maharashtra in the year 2021.
they call the reports from respondents 2 times. and hearing takes place 2 times.
but it has been one year they are not taking any action/ hearing in my case.
Though i have given repetitive opportunities / mails for requesting for hearing.
i want following clarifications from your side
1. lokyukta and upalokyuta is quasi judicial body or not ??
2. can high court gives them directions in the interest of justice or not ??

Hi ,
Is there any chance to cancel the adoption,If the adopted father does not live in India and has two kids and he lived in a foreign? Now Biological father wants the adopted child back to the birth home and he came to know the adopted child needs additional care.
As the adoptive child is living with her old granny alone. Is there any chance to cancel the adoption?

Spelling correction of name on tax bill & mutation both same
Hi,
I was paying tax bills on my house since 30 years now. But the name on the tax bills was appearing wrong mostly. Some bills with correct name also are there.
recently I requested corporation authorities to correct my name on the tax bills which was a spelling mistake in Tirupati.
But they executed Title transfer of the application from wrong name to right spelling name...
Is correction of Spelling mistake of name on Property tax bill and Mutation( Title Transfer) both are same?
Do I get along with these property mutation as is or should I ask for revert of this mutation and do any other process to correct my name? Please advise
Do I get any issue becoz of this in the future?
