Please clarify on the following and oblige:
1. What is the procedure prescribed by the law or legally accepted procedure if Original Registered Salee Deed (title documents) are lost or misplaced.
2, Is a police complaint or FIR and there after a certificate is obtained from police that a complaint has been lodge and obtain a certified copy.
3. Or a public notice is given in a local daily newspaper
4. Or both of the above (2 & 3)
5. can a sale can been done on certified copy issued by the sub registar and can a bank loan be availed on certified copy.
6. Which is the best pratice, to safe guard in future and legally accepted by the courts in India. Has a bench mark been done for this procedure

can any layman ask a police officer to show his identity card before allowing him to inspect in any ways.
if yes then what a layman can do if the police officer denies for the same.
please also menation by which act or section this kind of power is conferred upon general people.

i want to know about arms act that any person have license of pistol which he is carry with him at multiplex move hall and the security guard

A woman got married in the year Jan 1991 and go divorced in the year 1995.
Again she re-married in the year June 2004.
What is her right is her parents propety?
Is is still a co-parcener of the her parents family?
Can she claim her share in the parents property?
If YES.. how much she will get and what is the procedure for that.

Kindly give the citation of the latest ruling given by Supreme Court. wherein a daughter can ask partition if her parent propety even after of her marriage, as she is still the co-parcener.
