To know about arms license act

sir,
i want to know about arms act that any person have license of pistol which he is carry with him at multiplex move hall and the security guard
asked to submit the pistol or cartridge sir i want to know that they are authorized to do so.or not if not so what legal action should be taken against them?

there are certain level od security concerns in some areas and malls also follow ceratin level of security concerns so by asking to hand over something which is not permitted otherwise does not violate any of our fundamental rght in spite of that object which we are carrying has a legal validity.

iF WE DONT AGREE TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS of the mall concerned, we have a right not to enter into the said mall and go somewhere else .
