CAN THE COMPLAINANT UNDER MRTU AND PULP ACT GO IN APPEAL AS FILING A REVISION IN INDUSTRIAL COURT WHEN THE DOMESTIC ENQUIRY IS ADUJICATED UPON HIM.

two accused persons were tried for an offence u/s 379 r/w 34 ipc. 2 nd accused was im- plicated on the basis of an alleged confession of 1 st accused.how far ths confession admissible, especially when recovery was effected from 1 st accused ?

I've personally observed that law graduates who are yet to receive their licence from the Bar Council of India and not under the roll of any State Bar Council enter courtrooms and witness court proceedings...
Under which provision of the law is such conduct on the part of the "unenrolled advocates" permissible?
