Proof of employement

respected sir i want to know detail about probation and police verifacation in govt psu job at time of joining. my problem is that i joined a psu as executive engineer on the basis of interview. after 6 yrs of mgt of psu chargesheeted me of GIVING FALSE EXPERIENCE CERTIFACATE. during departmental enquiry my previous employer deposed that he has given certificate and produced few salary slips. and by RTI application it is proved that firm exist and has worked on various works but my psu mgt is now saying what is proof that i worked in that firm..my employer told them that after police verifaction he destroyed all documents.. plz advice me what i shd do

you have to in reply deny that false experience certificate was given . your ex employer testimony would help you in this regard .

thank u sir during enquiry my ex employer deposed this fact and produced few copy of salay slips and tols them that he destroyed rest of documents when probation enquiry was over. sir can u give me ur email id so i can forward u detail

You have to reply the charge sheet by denying the charges and during departmental inquiry you have to give proofs whatever you have in your favor. Take help of some expert in departmental inquiries of your department to defend you.

The appointment letter, attendance record, various forms/registers submitted by employer to authorities like Inspectorate under Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, PF a/c slips, ESIC Card, Work reports, emails, entries in registers, Gratuity Record, Bonus record, Form16……………….. etc are all proof of employment.


The employer has to keep salary slips upto 3Y:::: Payment of Wages Act;Sec13A.

Likewise 4Y ITR record is maintained by all deductors.

Hence the 3Y record has to be made available by any employer.

thank u kumar Doab sir , in my case chargesheet was given after 4 yrs. so employer deposed in enquiry that he destroyed all documents but he deposited few copy salary slips .
beyond this i have district magistrate report to check my credentials and antecedents at address of firm. sir provide me ur email id so i can elaborate this

You have not stated whether inquiry is ordered and if so the case is at which stage.

You have also not stated whether you availed facility of defence asstt during inquiry.
