Writ appeal against dismissal of criminal quash petiton

Ld COunsels,

Single judge of HC dismissed the quash petiton filed u/s 482 of CrPC. Can this order be challenged before the division bench of HC under Letters Patent writ appeal.

Unless there is special merit than only it will be considered.

No what has been dismissed is not in extraordinary jurisdiction( writ case) but a criminal revisional jurisdiction.

So supreme court is the only option.

Only remedy rests with Supreme Court of India though it has already framed its guidelines in such case in Skri Basu case.
