Only when the living in relationship is in the nature of marriage, the girl can file any case.
Living in relationship even with sexual relationship, but not in the nature of marriage or promise to marriage, the girl can not file any case.

Merely friends, when neither they are living together, nor they had any physical relationship. Then what is the ground for filing a case against the boy when girl's chastity is intact and the boy does not want to continue with any relation with the girl?

This seems to be a speculative query.

what is the point in making a not sustainable fabricated case based on the same?
inspite of 10 years closeness,if the boy is not interested in marriage,it is better to close the issue peacefully.

No cause of action accrues in favour of any person for breaking friendship.

A similar type of query already answered previously, however facts are quite different.

No true case can be made.
Falsehoods can be of any flight of fancy.
