you can go and meet advocate personally at his chambers . you must have called him during court hours and he must be too busy to attend to your calls .

You fix up the appointment with the advocate and meet him.

better to have some appointment with the lawyer...its advisable to remain polite rather than being aggresive while having talks.

no one here knows what actually happened between you people....so meet him personally and clear the situation.

i too agree with experts, and

if member is here among us then i request him personally to behave gently with these kids, so that they may have adequate solace in realizing that there are people to help even if father is passed.

Dear Abhijeet,

Besides agreeing with the advice of experts, I must say that in a particular case relating to your deceased friend, it would have been better had the son of your friend contacted him. You cannot expect any advocate providing information to any one else other than the person concerned, in this case the son of your friend.

Also, you would need to respect his busy time.

However, now also, if you meet him after getting proper appointment, you must take the son of your deceased friend along with you to meet him. Mere introduction may not solve your problem, unless the son of your friend assures the advocate that you are the authorised person who can interact with him on his behalf in the absence of your friend.
