Sir, daughter-in-law has lodged false FIR against the father-in-law u/s 354/509 IPC and the later wants eviction of former from his self acquired property alongwith his son

Sir, i purchased a shop in the name of my wife and one land, on which 4 floors were constructed, jointly in my and wife's name.
Now because of estranged relationship , i have filed a divorce case and she has filed suit for possession and permanent injunction for the shop in which she is the exclusive owner though she didn't pay a single penny in purchase. How to save my properties?

Plz confirm whether Mahindra and Mahindra financial services Ltd comes under the jurisdiction of DRT if any of loan is above 10 lacs?

The exparte arbitral award was pronounced in Jan 2013 and execution petition was filed by the decree Holder(Mahindra and Mahindra financial services Ltd) in Feb 2016.what about the limitation period in this case? Is it time barred? I represent the side of judgement debtor.

My uncle took a commercial loan from a bank and because of non payment of emi, bank initiated arbitration and then execution in court. The loan AMT was 14 lacs and outstanding is rs 12.57 lacs.please guide whether it is right or wrong by the bank as loan AMT is above rs 10 lacs and it is still not referred to DRT.

I bought a commercial no car on loan from mahindra and mahindra in 2015 for call centre purposes. Now the contract is broken and i have no other source of income. I want to settle that loan with the bank and also want the car to be taken by the bank for recovery of loan..kindly suggest procedure.

Daughter in law eviction
Sir, the daughter-in-law has falsely implicated the father in law under 354/509 IPC. Now, the father in law is in constant fear and wants that his own son and daughter-in-law to look for alternate accommodation but daughter-in-law is obstinate and even not listening to requests of whole family though a rented accommodation has been arranged by her husband. The father in law is the absolute owner and has self acquired property. No child is there of daughter-in-law and son. Kindly help how eviction can be done .
