private case was filed of 498a filed with written petition in court on which court ordered 156(3) to police and under police investigation police recorded same statement as it is as per written petition and submit the same to court with charge sheet. On this situation can I asked to court to avoid chief due to already written petition is on record of court. Without taking new chief evidence can I ask for direct cross examination on written statement.

127 crpc application rejected without considering application point and say submmited by oposit party with JMFC court shall i go for review or revision or appleal please suggest ? what will be time limit to file application respectively and can be file appllication before hearing date .

Sir,interiam maintenance is passed in 2013 last july 2015 recovery application was filed thereafter i was filed 127 crpc appllication on which opposite party filed say which containing text same as original 125 pettion only in which there is nothing said against my 127 application contains.how is it beneficiable for me and Please suuggest what shall i do next i am in party in person

wife has filed 125 and 498a against me. thereafter she has taken admission at nursing collage under government facility to take benefit of govt facility she has given false information and evidence as unmarried.
How it can be used to help crpc 125 get dismiss

in 498a case is at evidence stage from 2013 and complainant not attending date , can i file application for cost of traveling and for warrant for complainant for trail.
