I am running 498a as PIP for me and my parents . Can I go pip for me only and can appoint advocate for parent. Cross examination is running at last date for 1st witness . Please suggest and explain procedure

You being appearing in person, u cannot act for father. Engage lawyer for him

since you are conducting the case as party in person you can do it. your parents also can act as PIPs, if they are capable of it. If not, let them have their own lawyer. Even if you are a lawyer, since you are conducting the case PIP you cannot act for the other accused. They must have their own lawyer.
