i am a retd short service officer from indian army, Date of commission: 23/12/2000 Date of release:15/07/2007, length of service 6years 6months I joined central reserve police on 03/07/09. now in present service i am entiled for contributary New Pension System . my question is that if my previous military service is counted and taken as qualifying service for pension will i be illigible for old pension scheam. as i have to return the gratuaty which i have recevied during release from army.
