dear experts,
i am an employee in govt organization.
i am having
1) ration card(kadiri.sanjeev kumar)
2)pan card(kadiri.sanjeev kumar)
3)voter id(kadiri.sanjeev kumar)
i am working in company since 28 years.
ex:kadiri.sanjeev kumar
1)i want to change my surname and name
is there any problem or any cross examination to me.
if enquiry what type of enquiry i may face
intend to change:cheruku.chinna raju
2)is it reflects modification to my son's certificates with my gazette certificate.
my son did graduation.
3)is there any cases like me (changing surname and name)

you can change your name of surname according to your choice.
there are no cross question for the same.
you need to publish the same in the official gazette of the state.
names in school/college certificates already issued wont be changed. hower,keeping a copy of the gazette notification will prove that both person is same.

first understand what is surname and how it comes.

by this you can understand no need or you can't to change surname.
but you can drop your surname in your name and use a new name you want. new name will be all given name and not surname.
if you are using a surname and there was another surname like e.g sanjeev rao aka sanjeev kulkarni (title meaning accountant)
you can change between them.
