ELECTRIC POLE

There is an electricity pole in our compound thereby causing the danger of electrocution. i approached concerned department to shift the pole to other place but they are reluctant. how can i make them shift the same before any untoward incident happens. please advise

First make written complaint to the power company and nearest police station. Seek copies thorugh RTI and than file a case in consumer court.

you can file application under section 133 CR.P.C. before concerning S.D.M.

Your matter does not fall in consumer court. You write letters to the concerned authorities highlighting the impending dangers. If they do not attend to it, try to publicise the issue in local newspapers.

Legally you may cause a notice to the concerned authorities and file a suit for directions.

Put a simple notice to the concerned authorities seeking a time bound reply failing which a petition can be filed as advised.
