My client is a Legal Heir or not ?

Respected Experts,
One Ramagiri had a landed property and died long back leaving behind his son namely Bhadragiri. Bhadragiri also died leaving behind his son Venkatagiri as legal heir. Venkatgari is having 3 sons and two daughters. I think that my client Raghava, who is the son of Venkatagiri, is having 1/6th share from out of the total landed property of late Ramagiri or not. Whether any partition suit is maintainable in this regard or not ?
plz. clarify the issue.

Partition suit is maintainable and Raghava would get one sixth share of the property.
