Dear Sir,
Regards to a property dispute between husband and wife a communication was received from the person from whom this purchase has been made.
The family court while framing the issues have questioned whether the fax message received while filing the OP, is it legally valid or not.

want to know if the messages received by electronic media like fax, sms or e mail is legally accepted or not. kindly provide with a citation so that i can use it.

It requires no citation refer the Definition of "Evidence" provided in Sec 3 and Sec 65 A and 65 B (new amendment)
