Forge and fabricated Order

Respected sir,
Can a Writ Petition be filed in High Court against Forge and fabricated Order in a demarcation Suit by Circle Officer? Can I seek stay on its' operation from any civil or High Court?
Also if the order proved forged and fabricated then can I seek compensation of my suffering?
I have filed appeal in next appellate authority.

Yes writ petition lie to quash such order, but you should seek remedy from higher forum before approaching to HC.

As you have already filed an appeal against the impugned order then you cannot file writ before HC until your appeal is finalized.

Dear Anonymous,
Kindly see the concerned High Court Rules in this regard as to my mind as High Court has power of supritendence a C M Main can be filed.
