Respected seniors,

What is No bojection certificate?

why we have to obtain that certificate for construction of our house in our registered plot?

This certificate is meant to eradicate any dispute at the initial stage and make the things clear so that next step thereon may be taken without any dispute and with free mind.

importance of Aforesaid certificate is more realized in the matter of house property because once it is wrongly constructed then it shall be a heavy loss, if it is ordered to be dismantled at any later stage due to any major error. so it is very necessary to obtain NOC.

major problems could be like constructing the house leaving certain space from main roads ( for future expansion of the road etc) and between adjacent buildings .

since concerned panchayaths/municipality/corporation's monitor this,once you get an NOC further complication as envisaged by Mr Raj could be avoided in future.
