ex wife abducting property

I had a property taken on my ex-wife's maiden name . At the time of divorce I already gave her alimony and settled things and she said she would sign the neccessary property paper's later . When I asked about the same , she is refused to give me back my property and fraudulently sold the same . She is also telling that If I do a case she will say that she got my property in alimony . How do I prove the case ? Plz.help . Thanks

anyhow file the case if you have proof of your claims.
