we have got information about a candidate , he has forged marks card of his degree, and using his fake degree has done his MBA full time course which he is not eligible . (basic requirements of MBA is degree with 50% pass marks as per bangalore universtity) we know that he has not passed his degree, after doing a back ground check in his college.,now he has joined a multinational company with his MBA degree, can you please give details how to go about it and wat are the required documents to take action aganist him
He has been cheating many companies with his fake degree. we would like to take action aganist him .
we would like to have detail information how to go about it and who should we approach . how strong legal actions can be taken aganist him .

first of all write a letter to the university concerned from wherein the faked degree certificate is obtained.
after confirming from the university that no such certificate was issued by them,you can proceed legally against him.

An officer of the MNC can be deputed to personally verify the bonafide genuineness of the University directly with the University records.

thanks sir, for the information,we have all the documents from the universtity that the documents are totally fake , even the college documents are clear that the it is fake . so i want to know what action will the mnc take if we give them all these documents. who should be contacted, and how strong action will be taken by the mnc company. and who to approach to take strong legal action .should and FIR be filed and how to what documents will be required for the FIR filling.
