hello sir/mam
my elmoney case is in family court. my husbund is came in the court with more 3 lawyers it means total 5 laweyrs are there, i can't understand why he took 5 laweyrs is there any problem for me.

If he can spend then he may engage whole bar association lawyers for pleading his case. You have no problem.

It does not make much difference. I think he want to show that he has got 5 lawyers to protect him and make some fear in your mind, which can be seen by your question. Dont worry nothing will happen.

Probably they are all associates and would have incidentally entered the court. In order to learn from the Senior, they would have stood behind him. In court proceedings, the court would not look into quantity but quality. Even one advocate is sufficient to effectively handle the case and even tens of lawyers may not handle the case effectively. So, do not bother about the number but concentrate on the merits of the case.

It is pressure practice having no effect on the merits of the case. You need not worry. They want to attract other litigants by showing that they are strong and organized.
