Word is not "mustarfa" rather it is mustarka which means joint.

So the meaning of mustarka malkan is joint ownership.

Shamlat deh or shamlat khewat has same meaning as agricultural land of common ownership.

Shamlat Deh means land kept for common purposes or for the benefit of village community and not merely joint ownership.
