Will unregistered witnesses expired

Local commissioner appointed plaintiff did'nt produce any evidence WILL was accepted by district court saket plaintiff reapeal and judge appointed local commissioner my advocate cross examining plaintiff she lies certain answer, now plaintiff advocate told commissioner that plaintiffs has no evidence so close from there side now next my cross examination on next date. I have orignal WILL of my father which first and last WILL.
One witness son ready to submit his affidavit that his father sign as witness but second witness son has gone abroad selling his property I don't know how to prove 2nd witness.

I think your query lacks clarity. Represent the same to the court through your lawyer. What is the opinion of your lawyer?

First of all you get into the witness box, testify your evidence by an affidavit, get cross examined. After that you can let in the further evidence through another witness, who is available.
Get him cross examined.In the interim period as you have sufficient time to bring the abroad witness to India and get his evidence disposed after his arrival, until then you can get an adjournment.
However if one witness is deposing evidence properly then there may not be a necessity to produce the second attesting witness also

You have already engaged and paid an able, competent and intelligent lawyer who is proceeding / contesting case on your behalf, what is his / her opinion / advise ?
Why do you need a second opinion on the subject except the fact it is available FREE OF COST on this platform?
