Against court order

(Querist) 08 December 2022 This query is : Resolved
Judgemt is passed in civil case, opposite party went for appeal in high court( case is not admitted at present) but opposite party transferred the lands
to grandson actually that lands are divided by lower court into 1/3rd share has per judgement (FDP is not done ).in register office facts are hidden by opposite party & registered the lands to grand son.
How can I take the action against the opposite party.

The opposite party filed an appeal but the same party transferred the land to his grandson, is it true? To cancel the transfer deed to the grandson, file a suit in court.

The posting is short of material facts. Why the Court case? What has been the cause of action? What were the reliefs sought? Why FDP?

Please the post complete facts.

Vague and incomplete facts cannot form proper opinion to oblige you.
It is better to contact and consult your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case vis-a-vis judgment passed and an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy your question.

What prevents you from posting the simple facts that others can try to comprehend the issues and suggest the remedies?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 21 December 2022
You have not stated what was the judgement and what type of division was there and which part of the land is tranferred.
