Transfer and name change in chawl room

I am going to buy chawl room in chembur.which is already survey by sra and all the documents are submitted by the owner of room..on the annex 2 of sra listing of his name is it ok to buy the room from him..can i transfer the room on my name on annex 2 after demolish the chawl is it possible the sra flat will be alloted on my name...plz suggest

Before purchasing the property, obtain EC, mother document and other linked documents, and Annex-2 of SRA and show all the linked papers/documents and get legal advice.
