Is Release deed legally valid without the Schedule of the Property? If no, then under which Section it has mentioned?
After sale of the said property, can Legal Heirs claim for it?

Not possible for immovable properties.

Release deed without description of relinquished property is not valid in eye of law such document is waste paper.No body can take any advantage of such document.
