Opposite lawyer not endorsing for oral mentioning-

We, a group of employees filed a contempt petition in the Supreme court. Our case was last listed on 08-02-21, but not taken up on that day. The case was not listed afterwards.We were informed that the opposite lawyer is not endorsing for oral mentioning. If the opposite lawyer never endorses with an intention to drag the case, what is the way for us to hasten up the proceedings?

As per me, What is the opinion of your own counsel? You have to file a petition through the counsel for early disposal of the case.
