Hello,

The executioner and bank will act as per the probate order of the court. As per query bank account is also given to successors so the bank has to deposit the same to the executioner account as executor is appointed. You can find the mention in the court order about the bank account. Bring to the notice of the bank and the bank will act as per the probate of court.

Bank is boond to obey the probate courts order .Though bank will deposit the lying amount in the account of executor and and executor has to disburse the amount to beneficiary of will or as per directions of probate court.
