IF GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY GIVEN TO SAME BLOOD RELATIONSHIP MEANS TO BROTHER DAUGHTER WHO ARE IN STRAIGHT LINE RELATIONSHIP. NEED FOR REGISTRATION ? TIME LIMIT TO GET THE GPOA FROM THE DATE OF EXECUTION ? GET TO BE REGISTERED?

For GPAs, in some states:- to blood relatives means, Father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, etc.family members only. Brother's daughter will not come under family. But in some states brother's daughter will come under family member as the stamp duty varies from One State to other State. the time limit for registration of document from the date of execution of deed.

If the immovable property is to be transferred then GPA needs registration may the holder be brother of his further daughter.

Unless specifically mentioned, there is no limit of the GPA.
