Transferring Bar membership from Delhi to Manipur

Sir,
I had submitted my application for transferring my bar membership from Delhi to Manipur at BCI on 23 February 2019. I am still waiting for reply from BCI, I had call up several time for the status with a reply it will take another 7 (seven) days more to process. It has already been four month. What is the maximum days for the process to complete please guide me with this.

Normally Such transfers details would be placed in the notice board of the concerned bar councils. if you had complied all the formalities like payment of fees and enclosing necessary certificates like enrollment etc

Check in the notice board of the concerned bar council Or write to the concerned bar council in detail the reasons for the delay. Maximum it should not have taken more than 30 days

Did you seek transfer from Bar Council of Delhi or India to Manipur?
Approach Secretary Bar Council of Delhi/India, as the case may be.
It must have not taken so much time if required documentation have no objection.
