Refund of stamp duty

Dear all

I have many unused voucher (stamp duty paid through online) which is paid by my company. but, due to some problem registration cancelled. Now i want get refund the paid stamp duty. kindly inform me the procedure of refund of stamp duty in karnataka. please provide me application and affidavit format.

Dear queriest you have to narrate the sufficient reasons and request to the District Registrar concerned. You have to send the application through the Sub Registrar in whose jurisdiction the stamp duty paid. Then he will verify it and report accordingly. consult local SR of the jurisdiction.

Submit unused stamp paper to Treasury Officer through your SDM along with ID proof an application (3 sets ) for refund of amount, wherein 10% will be deducted.
