My wife and her 3 sister sign a release deed (Dastbardari nama) under family pressure, before their marriage in favor of their Cousin brothers in 2008. now we came to know that one of the younger sister of my wife was minor at the time of deed execution, can they challenge the deed now, as their uncle and his sons are not behaving well with them and even ask their mother to leave the home and she is living with us now, Kindly advise.

Is the release deed registered? I think the document is not a release deed. How their cousins have right over the property? If a release deed is executed, then there must be consideration for the release/relinquishment of his/her or their share. It may be a Gift deed in favour of cousins. Is it the ancestral property? State clear facts to reply.

Show the document of release deed (which can be in favour of another shareholder and not outsider/ "cousin" as stated by you) to a local prudent lawyer.
The alleged release deed can be executed by an adult person duly registered.

Any wholesome suggestion requires that you post the complete facts. How come the release deeds were signed in favour of the cousins? What was the stand of your wife's parents? What was the nature of the pressure exerted? Why your wife and her siblings succumbed?
