Error done by bench consisiting of 2 judges in cause title

(Querist) 27 November 2018 This query is : Resolved
My previous query here:

ERROR MADE BY JUDGES IN ORDER SHEET.

THESE FOOLS HAVE SIMPLY OVERLOOKED PURPOSEFULLY WRONG NAMES TYPED IN ORDER SHEET.

Shri Kishen Dutt:

The error is made in the order sheet. What you suggested is correction to be made in cause title through 151 CPC ie amendment of cause title by the petitioner.

I am asking how to make the judge change the names of parties typed wrongly in order sheet dicated by him and another foolish judge? Its a bench who has done this miracle.

Can you please upload the order sheet, if any, as observed by you, for appreciation of facts and disclose your identity ?

LCI EXPERTS HELP NEEDED (Querist) 28 November 2018
My advocate has given letter to registrar requesting changing of names of parties and their address since they have been typed wrongly. But the judge has rejected the application. Even he is pondering as to what to do in this case. He has written to high court registrar.
High court registrar has directed the concerned judges to change it. But judge has rejected his directions too.

Has any of you not come across such situation?

I am afraid I cannot upload any document here as there is no provision to attach files to this message.

case is CRPL 1088/2016 High Court of Kerala. If you want to see the judgement.

You followed a wrong procedure registrar cannot order / instruct to make correction in order t judge. Please follow your advocate's advise or change advocate if you find him incompetent.
