I m 25 yr old girl and he doesnt belongs our caste his age is 21 year old.
but according to our law we can register a marriage when girl is 18 and boy age is 21.
Bt there is a problem that his birthcertificate and aadhar have 21 yrs age. Bt as per academic record his age is 19yrs. And both r married now. And living together during 6 months. Bt problem is that girl parents taking action against him. After that knew about our marriage. That he is legally not 21as per academic record. And they file the case against boy. At this time what to do in this situation . My parents want that seperate from him .taking the divorce. And marry the other person. please suggest what to do .
Suggest how to proof that my marriage is valid and i hv a legal marriage registered certificate. Plz reply soon

Law is meant for punishment not for the support of law breakers. Solution lies in the hands of the parents of both the boy & girl.

When you have already married for the last 6 months and living together/ enjoying married life, why do you worry for your parents, be away from them.
However, your action (marriage) is illegal and invalid.

if the official age of boy is less than 21 then action can be taken against the girl.

I think that other documents shows age as 21 years so you can show those documents.
