Credit card debt

Last 6 months I am unable pay my credit card bill due my finanacial crisis. I got 23000 per month salary. 12500 is personal loan. 3000 father medical expenses 5000 home expenses , 2000 rent. Plus personal expenses. I dont have money to pay the dues. My total card is 4 and all are gone. Total dues 270000 in credit card. Sbi recovery legal agent called my father my office to my manager regarding my dues. I am not attending there call bcoz i dont have money to pay there bills. Hdfc bank already send me a legal notice 1 month ago. I dont know how to survive from current situation. Sbi recovery agent threatning to my father that if i will pay my dues then in my job will be face problem. Please help me. Even I dont have that much money to hire lawyer. My personal loan need to more than 3 years to pay. Please please help me. Otherwise ...

Please suggest me the solution.

what help do you want.

it seems you feel that the experts will either pool in money to refund your loan or they should provide you the solution.

when you owe money then solution is to pay it back.

No legal issue is involved in the circumstances, you have borrowed then you are liable to pay through your nose, no legal scope to come to the rescue of a defaulter.

Any harassment by Bank Officials Or Bankers Collection Agents A Police Complaint could be made.

There are many incidents where Wife had committed suicide by the harassment of collection agents for the defaults of husband.

Collection Agents do not follow the Guide Lines of RBI where it had clearly restricted the home visits of collection agents only from morning 9 a.m to 6 p.m that too only after intimating the concerned police station. These rules and guide lines are never followed by the Bank Officials Or Bank Collection Agents.
