Builder can sell flats marginal ground space

Sir I purchased a flat on 1st floor in 2017 in Ahmedabad Gujarat . My block consist of 7 floor with 2 house on ground floor with common parking, their is No basement parking . Builder has leaves some marginal open space around all 4 blocks.My Builder has sell marginal open space on ground floor around the my block to the ground floor flat owner. Now ground floor owner is saying that these marginal open space around my flat sell to him by builder and now he wants to make walls around these space so other can't use that space .So please tell me these is legal or not .

The builder has no right to sell common space. Other residents can take a common stand on the issue.

Sir the ground floor flat owner belongs to BJP that's why all residents are afraid of him . All society members think that if we register a complain then he creates problem to society members.

Law position is same for all. If you want to enforce your right you need. Consult a local lawyer specialized on property matters which clearly earmarks open space for common use for issue of legal notice to builder and the buyer to restore the same for common use failing which to initiate legal action.
