Contract is the only document which shall rely upon and correspondence held prior to that contract has no relevance at all except as reference.

After the series of correspondence, contract has been entered into. It is a mutual agreement and both the parties are bound by covenants in the agreement. Previous correspondence has no value.

Oral or verbally evidences or agreement and convenant has no relevancy or significance in law hence the corespondances prior to bid or contract has no values. Hence it is necessary that the parties should be bound by agreement or convenants.
