Yes you can, if you were made party in the Writ proceedings and order affects you, appeal can be moved against the order of single judge bench.

Yes! you can move an appeal against order of single judge bench if you were party to Writ proceedings and those proceedings affect you you can move an appeal against order of single judge bench.

This will be a technical issue in appeal against the order that as you were not impleaded as party to the Writ petition the appeal filled against the order may not get admitted however as you are affected party by the order you have right to move court for relief. A Writ petition against the order of the High Court that affects you is another option with you if appeal against the order not admitted.
