How to recover my lost property papers

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 May 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hi everyone, I want suggestions regarding filing a FIR .
Actully some 3-4 years ago somebody stolen the property papers from my native place in bihar, about which now I got to know by my parents, they not only stolen the property papers but also the old documents related to my acestors which are very important for me. Please suggest me what should I do as I have doubt on few people that might have stolen those papers.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
First apply for Encumbrance certificate for the properties for 25 years.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Then you should file the Lost Coimplaint with the concerned Police and should obtain FIR.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
An Advertisement should be made in the local news paper regarding the missing of documents.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Then with the FIR and copies of news paper and EC and other details of the property you should approach the concerned court. The Court after proper verification with concerned Registrar and others would endorse the certified copy of documents obtained from Registrar Office with Court Seal. From then onwards the originals lost would be invalid and the court endorsed copies would be treated as originals.

There are 5 posts with different pieces of advice from Mr. NJS Rajkumar, and many more from him may be in the offing. So, keep patience to note more advice and even some irrelevant posts against my post.

By the way, a question arises, were your parents continued to keep on sleeping for the last 3-4 years and woken up to inform you only now?

Better discuss the real problem, if there is any, along with the background of the case and the reason for not taking any timely action after the property and other important documents were stolen, instead of your hypothetical academic query.

Vague hypothetical academic question paper by an anonymous author, no reply.

The Idiots Dhingra alias Jigyasu should join a maths class for improvements in counting.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Idiot means person with low intelligence or no intelligence.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Obviously Precisely fit for Dhingra alias Jigyasu the Idiot.

As I pointed out earlier, you can see three more vague and irrelevant posts, as made by a jobless lawyer out of his irritation and frustration. Had he been intelligent and sincere lawyer, he would not have found time out of his clients cases to make multiples of posts just to show his face multiple times to attract customers due to his joblessness. A single advisory post would have been sufficient for him to make with precise and consolidated advice. Multiples of posts in themselves reveal, as if he is not confident about the rightness of any of his previous advice. Such type of fake experts can very often be seen at the LCI for hunting clients for them on one or the other vague type of advice.

Dhingra alias Jigyasu I could only Pity you.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Dhingra alias jigyasu Instead of Exposing and confirming your Psychiatric Disorders here better meet some good doctors at mental asylums of your place.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
@ Mr. NJS,
So far only your own mental state of unsoundness is demonstrated through your multiples of irrelevant posts.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Dhingra alias Jigyasu the mentally retarded patient should avoid getting angry and should prefer a psychopathic treatment at your own place..
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
It is only my humble request.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Another set of two irrelevant and out of context posts openly confirms the unsound mental state of Mr. NJS for which he needs immediate medical treatment from some experienced psychiatrist.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Psychopath Dhingra alias Jigyasu Could proceed further. Appreciated
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
Mental state of Mr. NJS seems to have become quite deplorable.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018

I hope the problem already stands resolved.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
From the three posts of Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert with unreal name, you can very well notice the state of unsound mind of Mr. Doab. Since he is unaware of any legal solution for your problem, so he has tried to avail opportunity for adding undue scores to his credit just by making totally irrelevant and vague posts.
P. Venu (Expert) 06 May 2018
The facts posted suggests deeper issues. It appears this issue has already posted and replied, with the author shying away providing some basic information.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2018
I have not given you any advice, as I am of the opinion that you have not given full facts. I have already suggested you to discuss the real problem in detail.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 06 May 2018
Since the theft of property documents has been discovered only recently, you may lodge a complaint with the concerned police and can even name the suspected person.in your complaint.

You can process the further action after the police complaint.
