Building on a Na plot

I am come across a flat which is built on Non Agricultural plot in the year 2012 in Pune. The owner has told it's a 'gunthwarie' building, and it consists 12 flats with different owners.
I seeking advice whether it will be legal if I purchase this flat. Can I get loan for such flats from a nationalized bank. Will there be demolition of such properties in future.

If the building is constructed on non agriculture plot with necessary permissions, then nationalized banks will definitely provide you loan. Before buying better consult with your local property Advocate with relevant documents.

NA order, completion certificate, title search report, agreement copy, etc. Local Advocate will suggest you as per your plot location.

Is plot within PMC limits or PMRDA or any other?

It's within PCMC limits and the owner says, he has been paying property taxes for all the years.

Look, Dr.vashishta, you are not compelled to answer on forum. If you can't provide a proper reply, keep your mouth shut. I can't use a better word than this for you. I have seen in each query, you are interrupted by saying - this is a free consultation forum, anonymous queries should not be replied as it's against rules. There are other experts, who can advise us in a better way, so please stop your bulshitt. I have not seen a single queries been replied by you amicably.
